The Opportunity Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Career Development, the Data Analyst leads the collection, management, analysis, and reporting of employment outcomes data for undergraduate, specialty master's, and MBA programs within the College. This highly visible role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of employment data reported through platforms such as 12Twenty and Qualtrics, while supporting external rankings, accreditation, and compliance surveys, as well as internal reporting needs. The Data Analyst develops and maintains key employment metrics, Tableau dashboards, and strategic reports for College and School leadership, identifying trends and insights that inform decision-making and enhance student career outcomes. The position also manages career technology platforms and vendor relationships, supports data-driven process improvements, collaborates with stakeholders across the College on data and technology initiatives, and represents the College in University-wide and peer institution data projects. Successful candidates will bring strong analytical skills, a commitment to data quality and continuous improvement, and the ability to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences while fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, and belonging.
