Location: Lancaster, TX Division: Road Transport US Schedule: 7 days on/7 days off, Tuesday - Monday, 5:00 AM - 6:00 PM Summary The Senior Control Tower Specialist, Freight Security is responsible for monitoring and supporting freight security across the transportation network, with a primary focus on high-value and high-risk shipments. This role ensures required security measures, devices, routing controls, and monitoring protocols are properly established and maintained throughout the shipment lifecycle. The position serves as a senior security resource within the Control Tower, reviewing shipment requirements, identifying potential vulnerabilities or exceptions, and exercising judgment to determine appropriate actions when security requirements are not met. The role monitors active shipments and security technology, analyzes security events and trends, and provides recommendations to strengthen cargo security practices and reduce risk. This role operates on a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule, Tuesday through Monday, with working hours from 5:00 AM to 6:00 PM, supporting continuous transportation operations. Duties & Responsibilities

Physical Demands Work is primarily performed in an office environment and requires frequent use of a computer, telephone, security monitoring systems, and other standard office equipment. The position requires extended periods of sitting and monitoring multiple systems and may occasionally require standing, walking, bending, or lifting and moving items weighing up to 25 pounds. Specific vision requirements include close and distance vision and the ability to effectively monitor computer screens and security systems for extended periods. Work Environment This position primarily operates in a professional office environment supporting continuous transportation operations. The role requires sustained attention to active shipments, security alerts, monitoring systems, and changing operational conditions throughout the scheduled shift. The position operates on a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule, Tuesday through Monday, from 5:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and requires consistent availability and responsiveness during scheduled working hours. For this position, the expected base pay range is $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 Annual. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
