HealthPartners is hiring for a full-time Communications Principal Consultant. This role will primarily support business partners such as human resources, IT and security on internal communication. POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT: Principal Communications Consultants drive strategy planning and project oversight on large and complex projects, often with focused areas of specialized expertise. They have deep, specialized knowledge and experience in their area of communications and are able to apply this expertise across one of more areas of the business. Principal Communications Consultants are strategic advisors and influencers, capable of assessing needs and identifying opportunities that strengthen and grow our business. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- (20%) - Builds strategic recommendations for area of focus and sets plan and work priorities for cross-functional teams.
- (20%) - Leads from within by creating connections internally and externally, building strong, long-lasting partnerships with partners.
- (10%) - Regular consultation with executives, leaders, and business partners.
- (10%) - Reviews and approves work of others, provides mentorship, broad leadership and guidance to colleagues.
- (10%) - Uses available data and insights to plan, optimize and innovate. Assesses insights and data, understands business opportunities, and clearly communicates vision and plan to team.
- (10%) - Leads cross-functional team to deliver on strategy and ensures team understands their work and their roles related to overall outcomes.
- (10%) - Owns areas of execution oversight ensuring execution is delivered on strategy. Presents, communicates, and persuades to build alignment and partnership to reach desired goals.
- (10%) - Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
