SUMMARY
Responsible for managing multiple OCIP and CCIP wrap-up programs in the region varying in size from small to large. Also responsible for coordination, management, and oversight of wrap up program (administration, claims, safety/loss control). Assist with marketing of new and renewal programs. Provide support and training for Wrap-Up Program team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supports Producer in developing new business opportunities for existing clients and prospects.
Initiates renewal/extension process for existing clients, and assists marketing team with marketing strategy.
Participates in Broker Selection presentations and RFP responses as appropriate.
Participates in the review of Wrap-Up Proforma from marketing.
Assists with marketing and of programs, including ancillary coverages for the wrap up project(s) (i.e., Builders Risk, Professional, Environmental).
Serves as Program Manager on Wrap Up accounts and oversees other programs as needed.
Reviews contract documents for appropriate wrap up language. Work with producer to make appropriate recommendations.
Provides assistance with pre-meetings, WrapX software, contractor interfaces, and contractor credit negotiations.
Reviews binders and master policies for accuracy, request midterm changes, extensions, renewals as needed.
Develops Wrap Up Manual for individual projects; develop template for master or subscription programs.
Coordinates Kick Off meeting with the Client, Market, GC/CM (if OCIP) for all new assigned projects.
Participates in first monthly/weekly meeting or call on all new projects; participate in subsequent calls as needed.
Coordinates Claims and Safety Services from others for the Wrap-Up Unit.
Ensures all data is stored appropriately to the server and agency management system.
Prepares quarterly (or as scheduled) performance and stewardship reports.
Meets with clients as needed or directed by Producer.
Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information).
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Eight (8) or more years of related work experience
Valid Insurance license
Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal
