JOB TITLE - PROJECT SPECIALIST

JOB SUMMARY:
The Cryogenic Service Project Specialist is to perform all assigned/associated duties with the design, purchase, and installation of bulk cryogenic equipment for the production, conversion, and sale of gases manufactured and processed by The Company. This role works closely with their Cryogenic Service Manager, Service Coordinator, Service Technicians, Sales personnel, and customers on the project management of cryogenic bulk system installations. Equipment to include: cryogenic tanks, vaporizers, pumps, gas mixers, and high pressure gaseous systems. Perform site visits as needed with Sales Reps to evaluate, cover project timeline and obstacles, and recommend solutions. Perform cryogenic system design and provide cost estimates to the Sales Reps. Ensure installations are performed in compliance with all SOPs, codes, CGA standards, and government regulations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Design and planning of bulk gas system installations at customer sites
Lead weekly project calls with the Sales Team to provide updates and conduct long-term planning
Input capital requests to cover the equipment and installation costs for bulk gas systems
Order equipment and schedule the transportation of the primary components of bulk gas system installations
Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with all policies and standardsParticipate in customer meetings as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred

Work Experience
A minimum of 5 years in project management is preferred, ideally with experience in the industrial gas industry

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Pay Range is $72,000 to $82,000 DOE per year
