Job Summary
Prepares, documents and disburses payroll checks, payroll taxes and employee benefit payments. Evaluates current systems, and recommends and develops operating efficiency improvements. Monitors and ensures proper documentation of employee benefit payments. Prepares reports illustrating payroll expenditures, including such items as tax payments and benefit plan disbursements. Essential Duties
Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. 2 to 5 years of experience in payroll processing or accounting roles. Excellent understanding of the DOL wage/hour compliance statutes and familiarity with OFCCP processes.
