Description Assistant Director of QA and Training for The Learning Institute @ Community Solutions, Inc. - Southington, CT Join Our Mission to Make a Lasting Impact! Community Solutions Inc is seeking an Assistant Director of Internal QA and Training to support the Director of Training in the execution of all activities to lead, manage, and further develop The Learning Institute @ CSI. Manage and direct all training and quality assurance activities, coordinate workflow, act as a primary point of contact for CSI programs and clients, develop proposals, and furnish reports as necessary. Develop and facilitate training, Training of Trainers, conference presentations and workshops. Develop and implement training curricula and quality assurance tools, supervise and develop staff members, pursue new business leads, and secure new clients. Learn to work with the LMS and continue to advance our use of it. This position may provide supervision for Training and Quality Assurance Supervisors, Coordinators, Consultants, and Coaches. Schedule: Full-time, Exempt position - 40 Hours / week Salary: $90,495.00 base ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
