The Senior Decision Support Analyst (Part-Time) supports the Fractional CFO and Healthcare Advisory teams by bridging the gap between raw data and executive strategy. They provide data analytics, financial modeling, reporting, and advisory support to help leaders make informed business decisions. This role will analyze financial and operational performance, develop forecasts and business plans, and deliver actionable insights that support growth, efficiency, and strategic initiatives.

A Day in the Life:

  • Extracts, validates, analyzes, and interprets financial and operational data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and support business decision-making, including profitability, benchmarking, labor productivity, and cost analyses.
  • Develops financial models, forecasting tools, pro forma analyses, and scenario planning to assess business opportunities and potential outcomes.
  • Prepares business plans, financial projections, and supporting analyses for growth initiatives, new services, new locations, capital investments, and strategic opportunities.
  • Designs, develops, maintains, and automates dashboards, scorecards, visualizations, and reporting solutions that provide stakeholders with timely, accurate, and actionable business insights.
  • Collaborates with business leaders and stakeholders to understand objectives, define analytical requirements, and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Presents analytical findings, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Collaborates with technology, data, and operational teams to improve data quality, governance, reporting processes, system functionality, and the accuracy and reliability of business information.
  • Coordinates and completes industry, association, regulatory, and benchmarking surveys and data submissions.
  • Stays current on industry trends, analytical methodologies, business intelligence tools, and reporting best practices while performing other duties as assigned.
  • Ensures timely and accurate performance on assigned projects.
  • Maintains compliance with project budgets, turnaround times, and deadlines.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field required.
  • 5+ years experience in business analytics, financial analysis, business intelligence, consulting, or related field required.
  • Experience developing dashboards, financial models, and analytical reporting solutions preferred.
  • Advanced analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize competing demands, and meet deadlines with limited supervision.
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis, forecasting, business planning, and performance measurement.
  • Ability to communicate complex data and technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business intelligence/reporting tools.
  • Experience with data visualization, reporting automation, and dashboard development.
  • Working knowledge of database structures and SQL preferred.

Compensation

$36.00- 55.00/hr. Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive andequitablepay. Eide Baillycomplies withall local/state regulationsregarding displayingranges.Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
