Job Summary The Sr. HR Business Partner is a strategic leader responsible for partnering with business leadership to align people strategy with organizational goals and drive business performance across multiple business units. This role operates as a highly consultative advisor, working closely with leaders at all levels to understand business priorities, diagnose workforce challenges, and deliver integrated people solutions. Will own workforce planning for assigned client groups, ensuring alignment between talent, structure, and business needs. This role is accountable for shaping and executing organizational design, talent strategy, and workforce planning, while influencing leaders to make data-driven decisions that support both short- and long-term business outcomes. This individual must balance strategic partnership with hands-on execution, ensuring consistent HR delivery while tailoring solutions to unique business needs.
