Maintenance Tech Essential Functions/Duties and Responsibilities:

• Makes repairs of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, heating and cooling equipment
• Makes daily checks of equipment to assure proper operation
• Conducts testing of emergency equipment and maintains logs
• Reports equipment and supplies needed to perform tasks
• Keeps mechanical rooms clean and in order
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have one year of experience in property maintenance, preferably in multi-family, senior community or healthcare environment
• Must have technical knowledge of the following: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, heating and cooling
