Now Hiring: Machine Operator Location: Littleton, MA Pay Rate: $21.00/hour Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts Week 1: 3 days/week \| Week 2: 4 days/week. Weekend and holiday availability required. Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED required Experience Requirements Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred Experience operating high-speed production machinery is a plus Forklift experience preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards Job Duties Operate and monitor production equipment used in filling, packaging, labeling, sealing, and product handling processes Supply raw materials to production lines and move finished products as needed Perform product inspections and complete required food safety and production documentation Remove damaged materials or products from the production line Conduct basic troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety, quality, food safety, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements Complete production and shift paperwork accurately Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout a 12-hour shift Ability to work overtime and weekends as required Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Health Savings Account (HSA) AD&D Insurance Apply Now and take the next step toward a rewarding manufacturing career with a company that values safety, quality, and employee growth.
