Now Hiring for a Maintenance Mechanic Pay: $32-$36/hour + overtime and shift differential Schedule: 3rd Shift \| 11 PM - 7 AM Schedule Flexibility: Saturdays may be required based on business needs. Are you a hands-on Maintenance Mechanic who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving problems, and keeping production running smoothly? We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join a fast-paced manufacturing team and play an important role in maintaining reliable, high-performing production operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong mechanical skills and experience working with high-speed automated manufacturing equipment. What You'll Do Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and manufacturing equipment Respond quickly to equipment and production line calls Diagnose mechanical issues and identify effective solutions Perform preventative maintenance to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime Install, set up, and support manufacturing equipment Work with high-speed automated production systems Partner with production and operations teams to keep equipment running efficiently Work independently while managing multiple maintenance priorities Follow all safety and maintenance procedures What We're Looking For 3-5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills Hands-on experience with high-speed automation and manufacturing equipment Experience installing and maintaining production equipment Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, hands-on approach Ability to work independently and prioritize work effectively Good communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays and overtime as business needs require Why Consider This Opportunity?
