The HR Talent Management Program Administrator provides program management, operational coordination, and analytical support for strategic Talent Management initiatives. This role partners closely with the HR Deputy Director, Talent Management team and others, to plan, execute, and monitor high-impact projects that advance HR and organizational priorities. The position ensures projects are delivered on schedule, communications are coordinated effectively, and stakeholders remain informed and engaged. The Administrator also serves as a trusted operational partner to the HR Deputy director and Program Managers by supporting executive priorities, employee engagement efforts, and continuous process improvement. Qualifications
* Associate degree, technical degree, or professional certificate with at least four years of relevant experience; or a bachelor's degree with at least two years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Hiring Range: $65,000 - $86,200 Disclaimer: MIT Lincoln Laboratory provides a typical hiring range as a good faith estimate of what we reasonably expect to offer for this position at the time of posting. The final salary offered to a selected candidate will depend on various factors, including-but not limited to-the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, skills and education/training, internal equity considerations and applicable legal requirements.
