Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality orthopedic care in a collaborative, community-based setting while benefiting from the clinical resources, expertise, and academic connections of the Mass General Brigham system.

The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team committed to delivering exceptional, patient-centered musculoskeletal care while helping expand access to orthopedic services within the communities we serve.

• Join an established and collaborative orthopedic team within Mass General Brigham Medical Group.
• Provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of patients with a broad range of orthopedic conditions and injuries.
• Maintain an active surgical practice supported by experienced clinical and administrative teams.
• Provide both surgical and non-surgical orthopedic care based on patient needs and clinical expertise.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, rehabilitation specialists, and other multidisciplinary partners.
• Participate in orthopedic call coverage as appropriate to the practice and clinical specialty.
• Opportunity to develop and grow a practice based on clinical interests, expertise, and community needs.

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency program.
• Board certified or board eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Fellowship training in an orthopedic subspecialty welcomed depending on the needs of the practice.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts.
• Eligible for medical staff appointment and clinical privileges at applicable Mass General Brigham facilities.
• Demonstrated commitment to clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and collaborative practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
