Specialist Annual Fund

This is a temporary position with 40 hours every two weeks and is not eligible for benefits.

Purpose of Job

This position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of Ridgeview Foundation's annual fund program, including Ridgeview Friends & Family and direct mail. Coordinates marketing, strategy and implementation for attracting new and retaining current annual fund donors to Ridgeview Foundation.

Job Functions

1. Coordinate annual fund program including management of Ridgeview Friends & Family giving club, committees and events.
2. Solicitation and management of new annual fund donors and lapsed donors, including mail, email, and follow up phone calls.
3. Coordinate Employee Giving, Grateful Patient Program, Call Program and Memorial Giving Program.
4. Coordinate Scholarship Program, including application process, committee meetings, communications and event planning.
5. Maintain Annual Fund Budget.
6. Owner of iWave, Salesforce, and Epic contacts as it relates to Foundation reports.
7. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education/Work Experience

• Bachelor's Degree
• Customer Service and Sales experience

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Project management and customer service skills
• Ability to meet and maintain the necessary background checks as aligned with position functions
• Ability to communicate in the English language for effective and verbal correspondence in order to complete job functions as mentioned above
• Digital and print marketing
• Vendor relations
• Detail oriented
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Strong writing skills, including editing and proofing skills
• The ability to give clear verbal communication to vendors, donors, prospects, volunteers, patients and families

License/Certifications

• Valid MN driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous healthcare fundraising experience

Compensation

Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation such as: the requirements of the position, experience, education, knowledge, and skills along with location and internal equity. Pay listed does not include any shift, weekend, or other differentials.
