Are you a strategic problem-solver with a passion for guiding high-value clients through transformative changes? This is an unparalleled opportunity to quarterback a critical system and financial platform migration, ensuring a seamless transition for a select portfolio of our most important corporate partners. As a Client Transition Manager, you won't just manage a process; you'll be the dedicated advocate, ensuring every step of this significant update is a world-class experience. This is an 8-month assignment where your impact will be immediate and highly visible, directly influencing the success of a major strategic initiative and protecting critical corporate relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead direct, video/phone-based (Zoom) outreach to your dedicated portfolio of 10-15 corporate clients to walk them through system modifications, new processes, and financial platform updates.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal Relationship Managers to coordinate communication timing, align on specific client nuances, and present a unified, professional front.
  • Act as the primary advocate for your clients; actively listen to their needs, preemptively identify roadblocks, triage technical or system issues, and drive them to resolution.
  • Keep transitions on schedule by managing activities against a detailed workplan, updating project logs, and ensuring all tasks hit critical deadlines.
  • Maintain meticulous communication and issue logs via Excel and SharePoint to ensure full visibility and continuity across internal project and business teams.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Client Onboarding, FinTech Implementation, Project Coordination, or Junior PM/PMO support.
  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting confidently to corporate stakeholders over Zoom and translating complex system changes into simple, actionable steps.
  • Organizational Discipline: Highly proficient in Excel and SharePoint (managing data trackers, action registries) and PowerPoint (building simple, clean status updates).
  • Proactive Mindset: A proactive, action-oriented approach, actively coordinating across teams to solve problems before they impact the client.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Industry Context: Prior experience working in Financial Services, Payments, or Commercial Banking environments.
