As an Oncology RN supporting the Cancer Center Office Practice at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center, you'll provide comprehensive outpatient oncology care while building meaningful relationships with patients and families. Working alongside physicians and a multidisciplinary cancer care team, you'll coordinate treatment plans, provide education and emotional support, and deliver exceptional clinical care in both the outpatient office and infusion settings. To be considered for this Oncology Registered Nurse opportunity, you must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and hold an active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification is required. Previous oncology nursing experience is required. Candidates must obtain IV Therapy and Chemotherapy certification within six months of hire. Previous outpatient physician office or oncology practice experience is preferred. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional clinical assessment, communication, organization, and critical thinking skills, along with a passion for delivering comprehensive, patient-centered oncology care in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.
