Job Summary
The Capital and Controlled Maintenance Program Manager serves as CU Boulder's advocate for campus facility health, overseeing a portfolio of 10-15 state-funded maintenance and renewal projects from prioritization through closeout, while handling budgets, schedules, and compliance with university policies and state regulations. This role requires someone who thrives in complexity: organizing large amounts of information, crafting compelling and data-supported funding justifications that go beyond "end of useful life," and leading through influence with project manager colleagues across a shared program. Strong communication skills will help this role succeed, whether writing funding proposals, facilitating project meetings, or presenting to leadership. If you are energized by long-term planning, managing competing deadlines, and strengthening campus facilities for the long term, this is the role for you.
