Are you a creative and curious designer eager to make a profound impact? This is an exceptional opportunity for a **Visual Designer** to transform innovative ideas into compelling brand experiences that reach millions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of a globally recognized brand, contributing to high-profile campaigns and web experiences that will be seen by a vast audience. This position offers an early-career professional the chance to apply strong creative instincts, explore new ideas, and continually elevate the quality of work within a dynamic and supportive environment, truly influencing how a global brand communicates visually.

What You'll Do

  • Create thoughtful visual concepts for digital marketing campaigns, web experiences, and brand initiatives.
  • Translate brand strategy into engaging creative that is distinctive, consistent, and effective.
  • Explore multiple creative directions, iterate quickly, and present clear design rationale.
  • Collaborate with writers, strategists, researchers, developers, and marketers across a global organization to bring visions to life.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the visual language and design system, leaving your mark on the brand's aesthetic.
  • Use research, accessibility best practices, and user feedback to inform creative decisions, ensuring inclusive and effective designs.
  • Leverage modern AI-powered creative tools to accelerate ideation, exploration, and production while applying strong design judgment.

What We're Looking For

  • A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, interaction design, or a related field (or equivalent portfolio and practical experience).
  • A portfolio that demonstrates original thinking, strong visual craft, and an ability to solve communication challenges, not just polished execution.
  • An independent thinker who is comfortable working through ambiguity and proposing original ideas.
  • Strong visual craft, typography, layout, composition, and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Familiarity with design systems and collaborating effectively with front-end developers.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a global team environment.

Qualifications That Set You Apart

  • An interest in AI-assisted creative workflows and emerging design technologies.
  • Experience in B2B technology or at a creative agency.
  • A proactive approach, consistently asking "What if?" before "What's next?".
  • A mindset focused on generating ideas, not just delivering files.
  • The ability to balance creativity with business objectives, ensuring designs meet strategic goals.
  • A commitment to valuing feedback and using it constructively to improve your work.
  • A passion for accessibility, inclusion, and creating simple, memorable experiences for all users.
  • A continuous learner who enjoys exploring new tools and refining their craft.
