Location: Grand Island, NE

Status:PRN No Weekends, No Oncall - minimum 24 hours a quarter and maximum 24 hours a week

What you'll be doing:



  • Be a Partner in Health:You'll assist individuals with daily health tasks and help them understand their own health journeys.
  • Be an Advocate:You'll work closely with doctors and support teams to ensure everyone gets the preventative care they deserve.
  • Be a Teacher:You'll share your knowledge by training and supporting our amazing direct care staff.
  • Be a Clinical Pro:From administering medications to monitoring vital signs, you'll use your full range of nursing skills.

What We're Looking For

  • The Right Credentials:An active RN or LPN license in Nebraska (or the state of practice)
  • Experience:At least one year of general nursing experience under your belt.
  • Safety First:A valid driver's license and CPR/First Aid certification (can obtain after hire at the agency).
  • A Can-Do Attitude:The ability to travel between locations and work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the people we serve.
  • Physical Stamina:You're comfortable being on the move-walking, standing, and the ability to safely transfer up to 50 pounds when needed.
