Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Administrative Business Partner Specialist to join our team and provide top-notch administrative support to the new Second VP - Institutional Retirement Sales (IRS) & Distribution leader and our Second Vice President and CFO for IRS. In this role you will support the growth in our Institutional Retirement Business, coordinating sales and client meetings, providing coordination of industry conferences and sponsorships, and providing administrative support to our IRS Leadership Council members. To thrive in this role, you must be a proactive self-starter, adaptable to change, and possess exceptional attention to detail. Your strong written and verbal communication skills will be essential in building a true partnership with the principals you support.
