KLXS-III Artemis - Management Analyst II

Join our team in support of NASA on the Kennedy Exploration Ground Systems (EGS) Program (LX) Support Services Contract Three (KLXS III) contract. Under this contract, ARES provides engineering and technical services, program and business management support services and administrative support services to the EGS Program. The contract also includes support for ground systems and spaceflight systems planning and design; project management and integration; operations integration and analysis; technical requirements development, management, and compliance; cost, risk, information, and configuration management; and schedule integration and analysis.

Position Summary: Serves as a Management Analyst for the EGS Program. Facilitates the timely flow of program information, develops engaging employee information products, and supports initiatives that strengthen workforce awareness and engagement across the organization. Ensures that the programs employees are kept informed and motivated through the use of multiple channels including employee website, email bulletins, regular newsletters, employee engagement activities, special events, facility tours, and digital information resources. Builds a strong network within the team and leverages these alliances to create and maintain content. Works closely with senior executives, managers, supervisors, and program stakeholders to establish organizational messages and keep staff informed of developments.

Description of Duties: Support the EGS leadership and other key decision-makers to:

  • Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders
  • Plan, edit and write content for a variety of mediums, such as articles, announcements, executive messages, presentations, newsletters, and other organizational materials across multiple digital and print platforms
  • Draft messages or scripts from senior executives for presentation to employees in written or spoken form
  • Coordinating with program offices, technical organizations, and subject matter experts to gather information and translate complex topics into clear, engaging content.
  • Planning, coordinating, and executing employee events, recognition activities, leadership engagements, facility tours, VIP visits, and other program-sponsored events.
  • Respond to feedback from technical organizations, program offices, and subject matter experts and adjust communications content accordingly
  • Maintaining organizational calendars, event schedules, and program information resources.
  • Supporting special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.

Education:

A Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in journalism, communications, public relations, marketing, or similar field of study.

Level of experience:

Two (2) years of progressively responsible experience leading in most of the duties in this job description.

Required skills and competencies include:

  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with the capability to understand business problems and priorities and conceptualize compelling, impactful messaging that address them.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work products.
  • Experience planning and coordinating meetings, events, tours, or other organizational activities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence interacting with employees and leadership at all organizational levels.
  • Adept at developing relationships to bring forth insights and information.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically PowerPoint and Word).
  • Experience developing visual products using graphic design, presentation, photography, video, or multimedia software.

Preferred skills and competencies include:

  • Prior NASA/KSC experience; direct EGS experience is a plus
