Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, personable Clinical Research Pro 3 to join our clinical study team. You will be responsible for directly engaging with study participants, performing clinical sample collections (saliva and plaque), and supporting vital operational tasks including participant recruitment and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Sample Collection (50%): Perform intraoral examinations and safely/efficiently collect biological samples (plaque and saliva) from study participants according to strict clinical protocols.
  • Participant Recruitment & Screening (20%): Assist in identifying, recruiting, and screening potential participants based on study inclusion/exclusion criteria. Conduct informed consent discussions.
  • Data Management (10%): Accurately document clinical findings, update Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems, and maintain meticulous, confidential participant records in compliance with study standards.
  • Study Compliance (10%): Adhere strictly to the study protocol, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, and infection control standards to ensure data integrity and participant safety.
  • Patient Care (10%): Maintain a comfortable, welcoming environment for participants, addressing their questions and guiding them smoothly through the visit process.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree plus at least four years of relevant experience, or advanced degree plus at least two years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and relevant work experience to equal at least eight years.
  • Active Dental Hygiene/Dental Therapy License in the State of Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range: $52.91/hour; depending on education/qualifications/experience.
