Job Description: What It Means to Be a Consultant at Crowe Consulting is a dynamic business focused on solving problems for our clients and serving our core markets through innovative solutions. As technology and AI continue to reshape the consulting landscape, we are looking for individuals who are curious, adaptable, and eager to learn. At Crowe, consultants are expected to build both technical and transferable skills, think critically, and use technology to solve real business problems. In this role, you will continuously learn, collaborate across teams, and explore how tools, including emerging AI capabilities, can improve efficiency, insights, and client outcomes. As you grow, you'll also begin to take ownership of client relationships, contribute to account strategy, and support the delivery of high-impact work. Developing a sense of account leadership, including understanding client needs, ensuring delivery excellence, and building trusted partnerships, is part of what sets successful consultants apart. Success in this role comes from a growth mindset, strong communication skills, advanced critical thinking, and the ability to navigate new challenges with confidence. About the Role We are seeking a Senior Consultant, Identity and Access Management to join our Cybersecurity practice. This is a blended business analysis, technical analysis, and solution delivery role. It is well suited to someone who can understand how identity processes affect the business, translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements and solution designs, and contribute hands-on to implementation when needed. This is not solely an engineering position. The successful candidate will bring broad IAM knowledge, strong analytical and client-facing skills, and sufficient engineering ability to understand configurations, integrations, identity data flows, and technical constraints. This person should be comfortable moving between stakeholder interviews, process analysis, requirements development, solution documentation, testing, troubleshooting, and targeted configuration or automation work. You will partner with client stakeholders and Crowe delivery leaders to assess current-state identity capabilities, define business and technical requirements, design practical solutions, and help delivery teams implement and adopt those solutions. You will facilitate workshops, analyze processes and identity data, produce client-ready deliverables, support technical implementation, and communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences. IAM will be the primary domain for this position. As a Senior Consultant within Crowe's Cybersecurity practice, however, you will also be expected to contribute to adjacent cybersecurity engagements - such as risk assessments, IT control evaluations, GRC initiatives, security program assessments, and cloud security reviews - as client demand and practice needs require. This role is well suited to a candidate who enjoys connecting business needs with technology, has worked across multiple IAM domains or platforms, and can contribute throughout the delivery lifecycle - from discovery and requirements through design, testing, implementation, and adoption.
