Part-Time | Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Evening Shift: 6:00pm - 10:30pm | 20 hours per two-week pay period | Five, 4 hour shifts per two-week pay period

Evening/Midnight Shift: 6:00pm - 6:30am | 72 hours per two-week pay period | Six, 12-hour shifts per two-week pay period

Pay Range: $26.71 - $36.25 per hour (based on experience) | *Same Day Pay Available*

Make a meaningful difference every day as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Saint Therese. In this rewarding LPN role, you'll provide compassionate, hands-on care that supports residents' health, comfort, and overall well-being. Working collaboratively with residents, families, physicians, and the nursing team, you'll administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and help ensure individualized care plans are carried out with excellence. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will also serve as a valuable resource and mentor to CENAs, fostering a supportive, person-centered environment where residents are treated with dignity, respect, and kindness. -Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans and physician orders

-Administer medications and treatments safely while monitoring resident response and effectiveness

-Document care accurately and timely in the electronic health record

-Communicate significant changes in condition to the Nurse Manager, physicians, and family members, ensuring appropriate follow-up

-Provide guidance and support to CENAs to promote quality, person-centered care

-Foster a respectful, compassionate environment for residents, families, and team members

Minimum Qualifications

-Graduate of an accredited nursing program

-Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing with the Michigan Board of Nursing

-Current CPR certification

-Working knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations

-Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

-Demonstrated sound judgment and professional integrity

-Commitment to compassionate, person-centered customer service

-Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting and transferring residents

Preferred Qualifications

-Minimum of one year nursing experience preferred, but not required

-Experience in senior living, long-term care, or memory care preferred
