Lead Pre-Service Representative, Authorization Management, Days

The role of the Lead Pre-Service Rep is to serve as trainer and resource person for Pre Service Representatives. The Lead will work closely with the manager to ensure Pre Service meets or exceeds productivity and quality standards through daily observance and quality reviews. Coordinate daily work assignments and work in work queues as needed to ensure goals are met. Proficiency in Microsoft office, PC skills, prior experience with a healthcare system.

Required:

• One year of experience in a Pre Service or Patient Access healthcare setting as a trainer or resource person.
