What You'll Do



  • Lead the setup, creation, and management of critical production platform deliverables, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
  • Establish and communicate proper naming conventions, meticulously update associated trackers, and confirm the application of appropriate metadata standards to maintain data integrity.
  • Provide essential support to associated content and production teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Cultivate strong relationships and collaborate effectively with content, production, business, and marketing teams to strategically advance priorities and achieve shared goals.
  • Report directly to the leadership team, including the creation of concise and impactful executive summaries.
  • Exhibit proactive and creative solution-oriented thinking and execution in all tasks, continuously seeking ways to improve.
  • Design and communicate clear folder structures, channels, and other team workspaces to optimize organization and accessibility.
  • Provide frequent and transparent communication regarding the status of deliverables, reporting on completed content delivery while proactively identifying and escalating potential issues or key decisions to ensure successful project completion.
  • Continually strive to define, inform, and optimize processes to enhance efficiency, output, and overall team performance.


Qualifications



  • You have 5+ years of experience with production and/or project management in the digital media or entertainment industry.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced work environment, adept at managing multiple priorities.
  • You work well with ambiguity, highly adaptable to quickly shifting business priorities and needs.
  • You have a keen eye for detail and are intimately familiar with digital assets and deliverables.
  • You have excellent interpersonal communication and, above all, a collaborative team spirit that inspires others.
  • You are eager to assist with improving production processes, tools, and workflows, contributing to continuous innovation.
  • You can provide honest, detailed reports and constructive feedback directly to management and leadership teams.
  • You possess a high proficiency with presentation software and a genuine passion for pop-culture, music, and associated content.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related industry experience.
