Role Summary: ServiceNow QA/release analyst who can support sprint planning, story acceptance criteria, test planning, regression testing, accessibility/security scan tracking, release documentation, update-set validation, backlog hygiene, and weekly status inputs. The contract requires production-ready source code, deployment scripts/configuration files, quality/security/accessibility reports, unit/performance tests, automated testing scripts, test plans, testing results, accessibility results, performance test plans/results, user stories, story estimates, updated backlog, and weekly reporting. Mandatory Requirements: 5+ years QA, release, business analysis, or technical delivery experience. 2+ years ServiceNow project or application sustainment experience. Experience writing acceptance criteria from Product Owner stories. Experience creating test plans and documenting test results. Experience supporting regression testing after ServiceNow upgrades or patches. Familiarity with update sets, Dev/Test/Prod promotion, or ServiceNow application repository. Ability to track risks, impediments, staffing issues, percent complete, and sprint status. Experience with Section 508/accessibility testing documentation or willingness to work from scan results. Ability to write clear release notes, defect summaries, and user-facing documentation updates. Strongly Preferred: ServiceNow Automated Test Framework. Experience with ServiceNow CSM or Service Portal. Experience supporting federal Agile/Kanban sprint delivery. Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow Agile, GitHub, or similar backlog/repository tools. Experience with quality, security, and accessibility scanning outputs. Library, publishing, records, metadata, or public-facing portal experience.
