Senior OEM Program Management Specialist Location: Fountain Valley, CA Pay: $30.05 - $44.33 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Travel: Up to 20% occasional travel We are seeking a Temporary Senior OEM Program Management Specialist to support new product and accessory launch programs in a fast-paced automotive environment. This role is ideal for an experienced project management professional who thrives on managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking deliverables, and driving successful product launches. Key Responsibilities Support multiple product and accessory development projects from planning through launch. Track project schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion. Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, logistics, sales, marketing, and other internal teams. Lead project review meetings and communicate status updates to key stakeholders. Develop reports, dashboards, and project tracking tools to monitor progress. Identify project risks, escalate issues, and support resolution plans. Assist with process improvements to enhance project visibility, tracking, and accountability. Support KPI reporting related to launch readiness, revenue, profitability, and performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 4+ years of project or program management experience. Experience managing complex, cross-functional product development projects. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software. Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Automotive industry experience preferred. PMP certification and Korean language skills are a plus.
