Senior OEM Program Management Specialist

Location: Fountain Valley, CA

Pay: $30.05 - $44.33 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Travel: Up to 20% occasional travel

We are seeking a Temporary Senior OEM Program Management Specialist to support new product and accessory launch programs in a fast-paced automotive environment. This role is ideal for an experienced project management professional who thrives on managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking deliverables, and driving successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities



  • Support multiple product and accessory development projects from planning through launch.
  • Track project schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
  • Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, logistics, sales, marketing, and other internal teams.
  • Lead project review meetings and communicate status updates to key stakeholders.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and project tracking tools to monitor progress.
  • Identify project risks, escalate issues, and support resolution plans.
  • Assist with process improvements to enhance project visibility, tracking, and accountability.
  • Support KPI reporting related to launch readiness, revenue, profitability, and performance.



Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 4+ years of project or program management experience.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional product development projects.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Automotive industry experience preferred.
  • PMP certification and Korean language skills are a plus.
