These are the qualifications that matter. Requirements: Experience: 6+ months in warehouse or factory work is a bonus - we'll teach the rest. Physical Ability: Able to stand, bend, and lift (up to) 50 lbs. Work Style: Steady, dependable, and always safety-minded. Job Duties: Support production and manufacturing processes in a cleanroom environment Operate and monitor equipment safely and efficiently Perform cleaning, blasting, chemical processing, and material handling tasks Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards Inspect products and identify defects or inconsistencies Maintain accurate production documentation and logs Follow strict safety, PPE, and contamination control procedures Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals Why This Job?
