As a Security Officer Access Specialist in Jupiter, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal at a residential location where you will help manage access control, monitor assigned areas, and conduct routine patrols to help support a secure and welcoming environment. In this role, you will remain visible, assist residents and guests, and deliver strong communication and customer service. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and authorization, and document visitor, vendor, and delivery activity in accordance with property guidelines.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related issues to management and/or local responders when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and observe unusual activity or maintenance-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• 1+ years of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
