Job Description




Allied Universal is hiring a Director, Nuclear Administration. The Director, Nuclear Administration is responsible for supporting the entire AUS Regulated Security Solutions (RSS) Division for the maintenance of administrative payroll and billing functions and resolution of personnel and site issues relating to compensation. They will have financial oversight associated with contract operations administration. This position focuses as corporate liaison for problem resolution, compliance oversight, and direct oversight of and responsibility for instructional guidance and training for site administrative positions. This position will also be required to assist with direct onsite project manager support on an as needed basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Support and provide direct supervision, training, and guidance for RSS field offices' financial functions such as Billing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable (Credit and Collections), Procurement and Payroll to ensure compliance with weekly and monthly deadlines
  • Oversee and provide support of site Shared Services functions such as Payroll Discrepancy and Other Compensation review and approvals
  • Provide backup to payroll and financial processes during vacancies and emergency events
  • Manage credit and collections by performing frequent reviews of age analysis for Division inclusive of providing departmental reports, facilitating problem resolution with field administrative personnel and corporate billing personnel
  • Approve invoice cancellations/cost reductions and resolve credit and collection issues with field and corporate representatives
  • Oversee and aid on site budget tracking including maintenance of contract demographics for periodic review, union reporting requirements and contract reporting; project costing identification and tracking, billing and budget interface for labor, and contract purchasing
  • Other duties as needed to ensure smooth operations of Administrative related matters
  • Acts as primary back-up and support for all AUS RSS human relations functions during vacancies and emergency events

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or equivalent degree program
  • Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory/management experience in the Commercial Nuclear Sector
  • Work experience in payroll, accounting, or related field
  • Work history demonstrating proficient skills in payroll applications or time/labor materials software (e.g., WinTeam, Oracle, ADP, etc.), word processing and general office clerical duties
  • Excellent skills in mathematics, reading comprehension, oral and written communications

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or equivalent degree program
  • Previous experience in payroll, billing, or cost accounting
  • Prior office management experience in a diverse environment
  • Experience in a union environment
  • Experience in a Human Resources related field

Starting Pay-$110,000-$118,000 based on experience
