Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30PM After-hours and weekend on-call rotation required only a few times per year. (Supported with a paid day off after the week of on call is completed) Wimmer values work-life balance, so let us know if you need a flexible schedule. Competitive wage: $22.00 - $27.00 depending on experience. A Typical Day as a Maintenance Technician: Deliver high-quality customer service to residents. Diagnose issues and complete minor repairs and routine maintenance as directed, including: Electrical, air conditioning, and heating systems Plumbing, including water lines, boilers, gas, and electric systems Irrigation systems Gas fixtures and appliances, where applicable Patios, stairs, railings, and gates Interior and exterior lighting, fireplaces, and ceiling fans Interior and exterior doors, shutters, cabinets, windows, and sliding glass doors Door locks and security systems, where applicable Maintain accurate records for preventive maintenance, service requests, make-ready status, and work in progress.
