We'll look to you for:

  • Managing Industrial Quality (IQ) activities in the workshop, including people, processes, and performance

  • Performing Defects per Unit (DpU) and external demerit analysis to lead effective quality improvement initiatives

  • Supporting decision-making for handovers (GO/NOGO) and exercising veto rights when necessary

  • Stopping production when necessary for safety or quality concerns

  • Participating in criticality matrix analysis and contributing to Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)

  • Leading Failure Analysis Reports (FAR) and participating in Failure Mode Reviews (FMR) and Supplier Material Reviews (SMR)

  • Implementing and regularly updating Quality Control Plans during pre-serial and serial manufacturing activities

  • Ensuring the availability and compliance of Car History Books before product shipping

  • Managing internal Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and supporting their closure through problem-solving methodologies

  • Qualifying manufacturing teams for self-inspection and managing workstation inspection processes

  • Performing workstation audits and participating in product inspections when required

We value passion and attitude over experience. That's why we don't expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we've listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Master's degree in engineering (electromechanical, electrical, material, mechanical) or equivalent for Engineers; Associate degree for Technicians

  • Ability to read technical drawings and specifications, with familiarity in using test equipment
