We are seeking an Engineer I to join our team in Anderson, IN. Drive manufacturing excellence by partnering cross-functionally to optimize processes, manage product data and engineering changes and implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, delivery and cost performance. Qualified candidates must be able to work an on-site schedule at ourAnderson, Indiana facility. Role Responsibilities Lead migration of AutoCAD parts lists into ERP systems for Bill of Materials (BOM) and routing setup. Collaborate with Purchasing to identify and qualify suppliers for new components. Partner with Operations Planning to support accurate and timely work order execution. Review and improve existing processes, BOMs, and routing documentation for accuracy and efficiency. Process engineering change orders (ECOs) in accordance with established procedures. Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to improve production, safety, quality, and cost. Conduct analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization. Support product and process changes in coordination with Corporate Design and Development teams. Participate in cross-functional teams to support new product launches and equipment commissioning. Provide technical training and troubleshooting support to production and maintenance teams. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and systems. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement practices. ERP or MRP system experience. Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in computer applications and technology tools. Relocation: This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
