Reports To:Senior Director of Marketing Department:Marketing Salary: $90,000/annually Location: Onsite initially in one of our 150 offices nearest you. Fully remote after 6 months of proven responsibility Position Summary We are entering a period of significant change in how customers search for, evaluate, and select service providers. AI-powered search, answer engines, reputation signals, and local authority are reshaping demand generation. Unlimited Service Group is investing in a Digital Growth Marketing Manager to help our brands remain visible, trusted, and competitive in this new environment. This role will lead and execute digital growth initiatives that drive qualified demand through local market authority, search visibility, paid acquisition, website optimization and marketing automation so we continue to win where buying decisions are made. We're looking for a hands-on digital growth leader, not a traditional brand marketer or product marketer. Success in this role requires equal parts analytical thinking, experimentation, and execution, using data to continuously improve performance and deliver measurable business results. This position works closely withbrandmarketing specialists, a sales enablement marketer,an in-house creative team,and outside vendors,allowing the Digital Growth Marketing Manager to focus on strategy, campaign performance, optimization, and growth. Key Responsibilities Demand Generation & Campaign Management Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns. Manage paid search, local search, email, social media, and digital advertising initiatives. Optimizecampaign performance to improve lead volume, conversion rates, and ROI. Partner with sales and operations teams to improve lead quality and conversion. Digital Marketing & Local Growth Drive local market visibility through SEO, Google Business Profiles, reputation management, and content initiatives. Identifyopportunities to increase organic traffic, local search rankings, and customer engagement. Support market-specific campaigns that strengthen local brand authority. Marketing Automation & Analytics Monitor lead flow, attribution, and campaign performance across marketing channels. Partner with CRM and sales enablement teams to improve automation and reporting. Develop insights and recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness and business outcomes. Content & Brand Support Collaborate with internal creative resources on campaign assets, landing pages, videos, social content, and sales support materials. Ensure campaigns align with brand standards and messaging. Qualifications Required 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, or performance marketing. Experience managing Google Ads and digital lead generation campaigns. Strong understanding ofAEO,SEO, conversion optimization, and marketing analytics. Analytical mindset with a passion for testing, optimization, and continuous improvement. Preferred Experience in B2B services, field service, facilities, trades, or multi-location organizations. Experience with Google Business Profiles and reputation management programs. Familiarity with Zoho CRM,BirdEye, Google Analytics, and AI-enabled marketing tools.
