Overview Executing go-to-market strategies that accelerate growth and elevate customer experience. As the Manager, Sales, you will lead the execution of Shure's go-to-market strategy within your assigned territories by partnering closely with channel partners to design and deliver high-impact strategies that elevate the customer experience. You will play a key role in acquiring new customers while expanding business with existing ones by guiding the qualification, education, and solution-selection process for Shure technologies through our partner ecosystem. In this role, you will focus on building strong, collaborative relationships and enabling partners with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. You will ensure Shure's solutions are effectively positioned to meet customer needs. Your success will be measured by achieving revenue targets and driving progress against the organization's strategic priorities. This is a remote position, with candidates required to be located in the Seattle, WA area or within the broader Pacific Northwest region. Responsibilities
Leads a team of Shure Sales Development Specialists by establishing strategic plans to achieve and exceed annual sales quotas for all Shure product lines. Measure team performance to that plan using key performance indicators, coaching them on adding value to the customer experience, and embody Shure's Core Values.
