Could you be the full-time onsite Project Quality Leader in West Mifflin, PA, US (Pittsburgh area) we're looking for? Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your quality assurance and project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. In your role, you will be responsible for supporting the project team in our efforts to ensure the project safety and drive quality assurance by coordinating all quality and safety activities throughout the project. You will be an integral member of a core team managing various rolling stock projects. You will be involved in everything from direct customer communications, to internal collaboration with project management and engineering teams, ultimately, ensuring we are on track to meet customer requirements. All about you You will bring exceptional collaboration and communication skills, along with a well-developed understanding of standard quality tools (ISO9001, IRIS, CMMI, ECM). Your operations and document management experience will also be beneficial. Your success will be determined by your ability to ensure that the customer requirements are respected, and the team has full understanding of the work that needs to be completed. You will have a measurable impact, ensuring your projects are proceeding properly, from gate to gate. We value passion and attitude over experience.
