Job Summary

The bilingual Human Resources Generalist to support a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and employee engagement. This role partners with employees and managers to ensure effective HR operations while maintaining compliance with company policies and employment regulations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience through strong communication, problem-solving, and administrative support.

Job Responsibilities



  • Assist with full-cycle recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and supporting the hiring process.
  • Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding and employee orientation programs.
  • Administer HR programs, including employee benefits, recognition initiatives, and other employee support programs.
  • Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and employment-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Support employee relations activities, including investigations, conflict resolution, corrective actions, and documentation.
  • Assist with the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related communications and documentation.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, HR data audits, safety audits, and operational improvement projects.
  • Develop and support employee engagement initiatives that promote morale, retention, and a positive workplace culture.
  • Assist with special projects and additional HR responsibilities as assigned.


Job Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of Human Resources experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
  • Basic knowledge of Human Resources principles, practices, and employment regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.


Education



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.


Work Experience



  • 1-5 years of Human Resources experience required.
  • Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS administration or implementation preferred.
