Pay Range: $62,000-$88,000 What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):
- Assist with the preparation of the quarterly and annual income tax provision under ASC740
- Prepare federal income tax returns and state corporate income tax returns and related workpapers
- Prepare book to tax adjustments and reconcile deferred tax balances for temporary differences
- Reconcile tax accounts and other computations as needed to support the tax provision
- Assist with preparation of apportionment data and calculations for state filings
- Assist with preparation of responses for audit information requests and notices
- Research tax laws related to federal and state tax matters
- Assist with special projects as needed
- Ability to organize and prioritize daily work responsibilities to meet deadlines
- Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (preferably in Accounting)
- CPA and/or MBA, a plus
- Limited domestic travel may be required.
