Description Job Title: Receptionist FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Department: Administration Location: Home Office (Addison, TX) *This is not a remote position. You are required to be present at KAI's office during normal work hours, which are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.* POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for providing administrative support to management in the form of answering multi-line telephone, word processing, organizing correspondence such as letters and memorandums, and maintaining the front office. This role will interact with all levels of the organization, customers, and vendors, and will be expected to multi-task, prioritize, and maintain a strict level of confidentiality. The person in this role is to work closely with the Chief Operating Officer in the development, implementation, and maintenance of various King Aerospace companies. Qualifications ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS * Excellent written and interpersonal skills. * Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task. * Ability to manage priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Publisher and Excel), Microsoft Project, E-Mail. * Ability to work in a very direct and assertive working environment. * Must be able to obtain security clearance as necessary. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: * Associate degree in business or related degree. * Minimum of 7-10 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant reporting directly to senior management. WORK ENVIRONMENT: This is not a remote position. You are required to be present at KAI's office during normal work hours, which are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to walk, sit, and talk or hear, stand, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and / or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds.
