About the Role This role leads cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of innovative medical devices used in endoscopic surgery, ensuring projects meet quality, timeline, and cost objectives. The position is responsible for end-to-end program management, from concept through product launch, while driving collaboration across internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders. It plays a key role in shaping new technologies, processes, and product features, while ensuring compliance with medical device regulations.
