This position reports to: Director of Operations__ We are seeking a high-impact, hands-on Field Service Team Lead to take ownership of a critical service organization supporting complex Medium Voltage (MV) drive systems and Synchronous Condenser installations across the United States and internationally. This is not a purely managerial role, it is a frontline leadership position where you will lead from the field, setting the standard for technical excellence, safety, and execution. You will guide a team of 10-15 highly skilled field service professionals, while remaining actively engaged in complex commissioning, troubleshooting, and site leadership on high-value projects. As a key leader within the service organization, you will play a pivotal role in developing talent, driving operational performance, and strengthening customer partnerships. Your ability to combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership and decision-making will directly impact project success and long-term business growth. Time off ABB provides 11 paid holidays. Salaried exempt positions are provided vacation under a permissive time away policy.
