What You Will Be Doing:
Within assigned accounts across the Los Angeles and Orange County market, you will serve as the primary Steelcase representative, owning and growing key client relationships with a focus on increasing share of wallet, expanding influence across stakeholder groups, and protecting long-term business from competitive pressure. You will develop a deep understanding of each client's business objectives, workplace strategies, real estate initiatives, decision-making structure, and growth opportunities in order to create strategic account plans that drive measurable sales growth.
Partnering closely with Bask and internal Steelcase teams, you will translate account insights into focused growth strategies, coordinated client experiences, and solutions that strengthen Steelcase's position within major accounts.

In compliance with California's Pay Transparency Act (SB 1162), the annual base salary range for this position is $138,100 - $172,600 - $215,800. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Steelcase considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
