Digitalization Lead - Sales & Distribution

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium-size projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project result.

The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the Drives Product Division in Wisconsin, USA. Main stakeholders are Sales Pricing, Tech Support and Customer Experience functions.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Serve as a process lead and application expert in sales and distribution functional area to drive system implementation of SAP and non-SAP solutions.
• Support global and local business digitalization transformation strategy by executing assigned projects or continuous improvement actions.
• Partner with stakeholders and users from business functions to identify value stream improvement opportunities and translate business needs to Information System demand requirements.
• Identifies, creates, and facilitates technical and process design changes by conducting business and systems analysis and design at a complex level in SAP; focusing on quality improvement; system availability, security, data reliability; re-engineering processes and recommending elimination.
• Lead user acceptance testing and system cutover activities when applicable.
• Support key users in testing, training, and documentation management.
• Builds and leverages automation to decrease overall system deployment and support cycle time.
• Follow ABB project management gate model project management guidelines and manage assigned projects with quality.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Information System, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field and 8 years of experience implementing SAP Sales and Distribution processes and solutions.
• Must have 8 years of experience in each of the following:
• Implementing SAP S/4 Hana;
• Analyzing business processes in sales operations, manufacturing warranty, and logistics management and integration with non-ERP applications
• Communicating updates to cross-functional stakeholders and identifying business needs and demand requirements.
• Led project across multi-sites and multi-country
• Expert with SAP SD module capabilities including quotation, pricing configuration and order management
• In-depth knowledge about e-Commerce solutions
• Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.
