Role Overview: We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and execution-focused Director of Growth Marketing to own our revenue marketing system end-to-end. In this role, you will be directly responsible for pipeline creation, funnel efficiency, audience strategy execution, and total performance accountability. As a leader, you will oversee and mentor a high-performing team consisting of our Demand Generation, Events, and Lifecycle Marketing. You will sit at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating business targets into actionable growth plans, managing the growth marketing budget, and ensuring tight alignment with our Sales and Product Marketing teams to drive predictable revenue.
