As the Supervisor, Last Mile Operations at RXO, you will inspire your associates to achieve maximum productivity, exhibit professionalism and strive to be error free. What your day-to-day will look like:
- Assign and oversee daily work activities across shifts, ensuring strong execution, productivity, and overnight coverage
- Lead overnight operations aligned to inbound window, managing trailer unloading and coordinating inbound flow
- Train associates on equipment use, operational processes, maintenance procedures, and housekeeping standards
- Ensure availability of tools, materials, and supplies to support uninterrupted operations
- Enforce safe equipment usage and strict adherence to all safety procedures and programs
- Manage inventory accuracy, including monitoring stock levels and performing product reconciliation
- Drive efficient receiving, immediate issue resolution, and performance improvement to support accuracy and outbound readiness
At a minimum, you'll need:

2 years of experience in a supervisory role -
5 years of experience in logistics and/or transportation -
Experience with Microsoft Office
It'd be great if you also have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong math skills and solid analytical ability
- Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills
