Assists with the coordination of hiring activities, including background checks, onboarding documentation, and ensuring accurate data entry of candidate records. Prepares and organizes process and materials to ensure a smooth hiring process and candidate experience. Supports the People & Culture (P&C) Technology team with administrative tasks and communication. Maintains accuracy of team member data. Key Responsibilities

Minimum Education Level: High School Diploma Years of Experience: 5-7 Years Field of Expertise: Human Resources Preferred Education & Experience
Minimum Education Level: Associate's Degree Specialized Degree: Human Resources Licenses/Certificates: PHR Years of Experience: 8-11 Years Field of Expertise: Pre-Boarding, Pre-Employment Labor Regulations Spans of Control
