Job Description

We are seeking an Applications Support Technician to support third-party software applications that power our warehouse, fulfillment, supply chain, and logistics operations. In this role, you will work in a collaborative, Agile environment to troubleshoot issues, support end users, and ensure system reliability. You will serve as a key liaison between operations, IT, and external vendors-investigating incidents, resolving issues, and contributing to system improvements. Responsibilities also include supporting system testing, upgrades, and performance optimization. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), and logistics platforms: such as Infios (HighJump), e2open (BluJay/Kewill), Datex, or Acumatica is highly valued. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

This is an on-site role in Monroe, WI (Monday-Friday), with up to 15 work-from-home days per year and may include occasional after-hours or on-call support.

Qualifications

* At least an associate degree in Computer Sciences, Management Information Systems, or a related field
* 3+ years of related business experience
* A High-level of Structured Query Language (SQL) knowledge
* Experience with Warehouse Management Systems is preferred.
* You'll also need to be a team player with strong technical aptitude and a commitment to continuous learning.
* Must be willing to work outside of normal business hours as needed, as this position requires on-call availability as scheduled.
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Strong communication skills
