Job Location Type Hybrid- The Manager, Off-Premise Implementations & Franchise Support is responsible for the testing, activation, deployment, and ongoing performance of off-premise business channels, including online ordering, delivery marketplace integrations, catering, and related digital platforms for the dual-brand Applebee's & IHOP concept. This role serves as the primary operational lead for new restaurant openings, ownership transitions, conversions, and major off-premise activations. In partnership with brand teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors, this position acts as the subject matter expert for off-premise systems, integrations, and workflows, ensuring accurate, stable, and efficient digital ordering operations.
